On top of Valby Hill in a large villa with a lovely garden amid the old Carlsberg Quarter, we will meet in retreat to bathe in peace, delight in joy, and dive deeply into awakening and sacred living.

Awakening is a two-fold process of letting go of identification with the often painful story we live in, and realizing the vibrantly alive, wise and open-hearted, powerful and creative beings that we are.

The intention to be mindful can be a starting point. Freeing ourselves from compulsive thinking, old habits, emotional reactivity, and opening to the brilliant light of our true nature are all integral to the unfolding process of awakening.

Coming together in retreat creates a powerful collective field of presence which ignites and supports each participant's awakening process. Bodhi will assist us in diving deeply into awakening and integrating this into all aspects of our lives. Join us for this inspiring and life-enhancing retreat.

Our location is just around the corner from Søndermarken and Frederiksberg Garden. It is quiet, open, light and green, yet centrally located, easily reached by bus, with great parking.

And for those interested, we can arrange for you to actually stay overnight at the Villa at a reasonable price. There is a kitchen with refrigerator and the option of cooking.
