For too many of us, “embodying love” is just a concept or seems far too illusive to truly integrate in our lives. It’s heartbreaking because deep down we know we are these love-filled beings but so often we don’t act like it. Too often, we don’t feel like it. I invite you to join me for a full day of “being” in Love where we will connect with Love that is ever-present within us. From this "state of Love", we will explore the embodied experience of bringing that Love into relationships and the joy that arises when feeling it fully alive within.
Sharing, singing, moving — we will relax into being in our natural state of Love. And throughout the day, we will enjoy the bliss of singing together in kirtan!
How Did We Disconnect From Love?
Each of us is unique, so the factors that influence the way Love does or does not show up in our lives — and how we act in our relationships — are unique as well. They may include:
- How we were — or weren’t — nurtured and supported in the past
- Unhealed wounds and traumas
- Cultural pressures to not allow us to shine brightly
- Patterns with which we came into this life
- Unrealistic marketing ideals and advertising pressures (our appearance, our wealth, our social standing, and more)
It’s quite amazing that we can adapt to survive almost any situation. But sadly, when we lack a wise, loving presence in our lives to help guide us through our biggest challenges, we all too often cope with the pain by closing our hearts.
But while this works in the short term, it leads to a much deeper crack in the foundation of our being… disconnecting us from the unconditionally loving and aware presence that we fundamentally ARE.
Without this connection, we struggle to access wisdom and our intuition. Compulsive thinking takes over, making us far more emotionally reactive. And finally, we become starved for love… needy… and our self-esteem plunges. And this, in turn, damages our relationships with our partners, children, parents, friends, co-workers… and everyone around us.
Experiencing A Deep Love Connection Within
In the morning, we'll establish a safe and sacred space, for there is enormous power in creating a field of Love together. It makes it easier for all of us to feel in to our natural flow state of Being Love. We’ll explore different ways of connecting with our beautiful essence. With guidance, you’ll find yourself able to do this with ease, sensing into the love and compassion ever alive within you. And we’ll play with ways in which you can do this more and more deeply and powerfully in the days and years ahead.
We’ll find our way to become far more free to be the loving, light-hearted, creative beings we were born to be… NOW. To be a living embodiment of Love.
Embodying Love In Relationships
In the afternoon, we’ll transition from embodying love to showing up as embodied love in your relationships… with your primary partner… your family… your friends… your co-workers. Together, we’ll practice bringing the Loving Awareness you are into your relationships with others.
We’ll play with being in a flow state of loving presence — first, in silence, then with others. We’ll explore the freedom that being in this state offers in terms of deepening your ability to truly feel and hear what is expressed by those you are with — without taking it personally. And we'll experience the peace and joy of not needing to "get love" or "be loved" by anyone, but rather, from this flow state of Love, welcoming the love that is offered.
Truly living as Love is liberating — not just for ourselves, but for all those around us.
Kirtan is a form of yoga in which we sing in unison, feeling deeply into the vibration of the powerful transformative and healing sounds held within each chant.
Kirtan does not require any prior knowledge or experience. We will learn the chants together and being a “good singer” is not at all necessary.
There is no pressure to sing. All are welcome to just listen and bathe in the loving, healing vibration!

Registration for the day is 1000 kr (SEK). There is no VAT for this event.

- 11.00 — 13.00: Session 1
- 13.00 — 14.00: Lunch
- 14.00 — 15.15: Session 2
- 15.15 — 15.30: Break
- 15.30 — 16.45: Session 3
- 16.45 — 17.00: Break
- 17.00 — 18.00: Session 4
We will start right at 11.00 to ensure we can really dive into our process together. Please arrive no later than 10.45 to get settled and ready for Love!

Lunch & Snacks
Feel free to bring a lunch and snacks in a cooler to get you through the day. For lunch you can choose to stay and eat in the sacred space we're sharing, or if you prefer, you can eat at one of the local restaurants. Another option is for you to bring your lunch to one of the two very nice parks in the neighborhood: Lilla Blecktornsparken and Stora Blecktornsparken.
